  • 8 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 teaspoons sugar*
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Butter-flavor nonstick cooking spray


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a shallow roasting pan with foil, if desired. Spread popcorn in the shallow roasting pan. In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Lightly coat popcorn with cooking spray, tossing to coat evenly. Sprinkle with cinnamon mixture, tossing again to coat evenly. Bake about 5 minutes or just until crisp. Makes 4 (2 cups each) servings


  • *Sugar Substitutes: Choose from Splenda Granular, Equal Spoonful or packets, or Sweet 'N Low packets or bulk. Follow package directions to use product amount equivalent to 2 teaspoons sugar.
