Good grief!! Who would spend so much time complaining about receiving these FREE recipes? Diabetic or not, it's all about eating healthy. No one at my house is diabetic either, but I really enjoy some of the recipe ideas. Thanks BHG!

Well I didn't sign up for any diabetic recipes but they are probably affiliated with BHG, either way the recipes can be useful to all because the recipes are for healthy eating so whether you have diabeties or not the recipes can still be useful to you.
