5/17/2010 12:42:24 PM Report Abusetry taking coarse, not quick cooked oat meal put it in food processor and make a flour out of it and make your favorite pancake recipe substituting this flour for the regular flour,it it will not raise your blood sugars and oat flour is good for your cholestorol level also add a little cinnamon to the oat flour i also use a sugar free pancake syrup with a small amount of honey mixed in for topping
