food labels are your friend, any bookstore, walmart, target, etc. also has books on these list.Remember to subtract fiber from your carbs, this gives you a true carb content.

If you have access to a computer, you can do a Google search and get the nutritional content of anything you want. Just enter the item and the word "nutrition".

How do I get a chart or a booklet that lists how many carbs are in one item? For instance...how many carbs in a corn tortilla or a small banana...a small steak...etc.? All of this other information is to confusing for me

I am taking a class about Diabetes and all I keep hearing about is BEANS. The fiber helps keep you blood sugar down. The fiber helps your heart. Eat meat only as a condiment and not an entree. Soy cheese, soy sour cream, tofu etc. I need a list of shops to go to get this stuff. If it's going to help.

I read about this product called salba in the Saturday Evening Post. Supposedly it helps to stablize blood glucose levels and helps you lose weight because of all the fiber content. I tried adding it to my pizza. Worked well (didn't taste anything).

I eat only fruits, vegetables and soy yogurt for breakfast and lunch. Even though these are low calorie healthy foods, is this still too many carbs for weight loss?

I like your site, but the pop-ups are "very" annoying. I understand your need for marketing and sales, but!! I would visit your site more often if I did not have to deal with the ads.
