Simple Moves To Get Fit

I have a real bad back and hip there is no way i can lay on the floor do you have any suggestions other than the ones shown thankyou

I am currently in a exercise class that incorprates most of these exercises and have lost 7 inches and some of those inches are from the belly and waistline. The do work. Also have been eating a more healthy food program but certainly not real strict. The ladies who cannot get on the floor do exercise in a chair/just some simple adaptations will work.

Belly excercizes are anything that work your core including squats and things that work your back muscles. All if it will trim your belly. The last part of the body that you will see trim up is the belly. everytime you lift your legs you are working your core and this will trim the belly. BTW dropping to the floor after two moves are better than none and anything that is hard is making the body work harder, therefore faster results!

It is not easy for a really heavy person. Chances are they will drop on the floor before they can do 2 movements. Put some realistic ones.

These exercises work for everything BUT belly fat!

Squats are not reduceing your belly, please put the correct excercises in for us..this was a waste of time.

I don't see that any of these, except maybe one, that really would work on belly fat.
