To redverskinq1- diet and exercise are not just for women. Exercise is especially important if you have had knee replacements to regain range of motion in your knees. You should be having physical therapy if you have just had them done. Also for each 10 pounds of excess weight you lose, 40 pound of pressure is taken off your knees. Might be a good idea to take a look at some of those recipes and exercises.
