Quiz: Are You an Overeater?

 

I regularly work with men and women trying to lose weight, and overeating is a common topic of discussion. Many of the people I work with do not consider themselves "overeaters" because they don't necessarily binge or feel out of control at meal time. In fact, they often struggle to understand why the scale is not dropping. Upon further questioning or evaluation of their food journal, however, I can usually identify situations in where they set themselves up to overeat or situations where they overeat without realizing it.

I've developed this quiz to help you figure out whether you may be an unaware or situational overeater, and if so, how to get your eating under control and drop those unwanted pounds.
