Sample meal plans are Waaaay too high in carbs! I gain weight on 50 mor more a day!! How about some common sense--we have diabetes b/c we can't handle lots of carbs. Think I'll head over to Atkins.com and check out their diabetes info.

Most of these recipes you use fish as the main source of protein. What about 16 diabetic meals that contain no fish. There are a few of us that can not eat fish due to allergies. You can put flax on things to replace the Omega 3 you are not getting. Please come up with more creative recipes.
