Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange asparagus in a foil-lined shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange asparagus in an even layer. Roast, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender, tossing once.
