  • 1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
  • sugar substitute* equivalent to 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup cold water


  1. Squeeze lemon wedges into a tall 16-ounce glass. Add lemon wedges to glass. Sprinkle sugar substitute over lemon wedges. Using a fork or the end of a wooden spoon, lightly mash lemon and sugar substitute together. Add the ice cubes and the water. Stir gently to combine. Makes 1 serving (16 ounces per serving)
