Ingredients

  • 1 overripe orange
  • 2 overripe limes
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Remove 1/4 tsp. zest (set aside) and squeeze 1/4 cup juice from orange and limes. In a blender cover and blend orange and lime juice, mustard, garlic, and salt until combined. With blender running, slowly add oil in a steady stream until mixture is thick.
  2. Transfer vinaigrette to a small bowl or storage container. Stir in orange and lime zest.
