Place dough on a flour-dusted work surface. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Roll the dough into an 8-by 10-inch rectangle. Brush with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll up lengthwise into a cylinder; cut into 8 slices. Place the rolls, cut-side up, in an 8-inch-square baking dish.
