Why is it that even when I click on type 1 diabetes, the majority of the questions are from type 2 diabetics? Losing weight and all the other junk that applies to type 2's does not necessarily apply to type 1's/

A medium potato I think is 51 carbs.I adjust my carbs for the day if I'm having potatoes. The starch turns into sugar and raises your blood sugar numbers. hope this helped you.
